The Jubilee Events Team were presented with a Shine Award for the great work they did leading up to and during the Platinum Jubilee Party in the Park last Thursday. What a day! It could have gone any better. Such great days don’t just happen by accident – they are a result of meticulous planning and are only possible if you have a great team of staff who throw themselves into the event. We had both – well done and thank you to Lucy O’Connell, Emily Ayres, Claire Elphick, Matt Blake and Julie Spalding.
In addition, a Shine Award was presented to Charlotte Foster – Telecare Operator. Charlotte was nominated by a member of the public who said “Charlotte went above and beyond to help a pensioner to find his home, contact his family and get his car safely home. She noticed he was wearing a red pendant and called Mole Valley for information to find out about the man. Charlotte, aka Lotty, is a call handler at Park House.
