An update on Hybrid Working – May 2022

Following confirmation at the All Staff Briefing on Monday 9th May, which you can watch here, please see the NEW Hybrid Working Policy following completion of the successful pilot which commenced in October 2021.

Please do take the time to have a read through – there are some minor changes following feedback and testing through the trial period. Your manager should have discussed whether or how this applies to you, but if you are not sure, please discuss with them in the first instance. 

This policy now forms part of a suite of employment policies which can be accessed here (or under MyHR>Employment Policies). Whilst it has a review period of 3 years, it can be reviewed earlier in the event of an important change of business or other circumstances or any other situation that would warrant it.

We will continue to take feedback on how it is working in practice. Please either discuss with your manager, your Executive Head or with the HR team.
