girls ALIVE Low Impact Virtual Workout and Woodland Walk!

Virtual Low Impact workouts are back this Friday! 

Sessions are open to all girls ALIVE members AND any female resident over the age of 18 in Mole Valley! So please spread the word!

These fabulous sessions are a great way to work on strength, range of motion, mobility and balance and are accessible to all ages and levels of fitness including those with lower mobility.

Commencing Friday 18th March at 10.30 via Zoom.  

girls ALIVE members will find all the details on Spond.

If you know any non-members who might benefit from the Low Impact workouts, please email Clare at enquiries@girlsalive.org.uk who will guide them through accessing the sessions. There is no requirement for them to become a member.
