Staff Survey – FINAL DEADLINE THIS WEDNESDAY MORNING

“As part of our commitment to our staff to do all we can to be ‘a great place to work’, we would like to have your views.

With that in mind, please complete our latest Staff Survey – details here.

We do listen to what you have to say. The last time we asked for your views was in 2020. At that time a strong majority of you told us you did not want to return to working in the office every day, and this informed the backdrop of our Hybrid Working Policy which many of you are now taking advantage of. We’d like to hear your thoughts on how it’s going, and your views on how supported you feel in your roles, amongst other things.

Many of you will be aware this has formed part of our 3-year Organisational Development Strategy which is now in its final quarter. Even though the formal Strategy is ending, SLT will continue to proactively and regularly monitor a variety of employee related information, including sickness absence, turnover, leavers interviews, PDR completion rates and any underlying patterns or themes emerging from this. All of this information, and your responses to the Staff Survey, will contribute towards SLT ideas for further practical initiatives that will make us the best employer we can be.

The Survey will be available from Wednesday 23rd February and will stay live for one month until Wednesday 23rd March.  You will need a good 20 minutes to complete it, possibly longer depending on what choices you make and how much you want to tell us. So please try to allow yourself time to focus on what you want to say, so that we can get as full a picture as possible of what kind of employer we are, and any suggestions for improvements.
