- Disciplinary Policy
- Grievance Policy
- Sickness Capability Policy
- Performance Capability Policy
The consultation has now finished and the policies are live for use from Monday 6 December 2021. They are located on Molly in the MyHR Policy section. The consultation feedback information and copies of the Policies are attached below for information.
Guidance documents to accompany these policies are currently being reviewed and will be uploaded to Molly as soon as possible. In the meantime if you have any queries about the application of the policies please raise a query in the usual way via the ServiceDesk and a member of the HR team will contact you to support.
