A reminder about interview rooms, the payment kiosk and wearing of masks
Interview Rooms: Please remember that the interview rooms in reception can only be used by appointment and are for meetings with customers only – they are not for internal meetings or teams conversations.
When using an interview room you must ensure you turn on the air purifier before you start your meeting
Kiosk: The kiosk in reception is no longer in use so please ensure you advise customers of alternative methods of payment
Masks: Please ensure that when you are in reception you wear a Type IIR face covering and that your visitors are also wearing a mask unless previously considered exempt or if wearing a mask will hinder your interview in some way
