The majority of the laptops in use within MVDC were purchased in 2018 with a three year warranty – for most of them that warranty expires on 15th November 2021.
Therefore, if you have been ‘putting up with’ a problem with your laptop please can you log a call with the ICT Service Desk as soon as possible so that if it can be resolved as a no-cost warranty claim rather than it costing MVDC to get it fixed (and a typical fix outside of warranty costs £400).
