New Barcode System

The post is migrating to a new barcode system on the 1st November 2021.

To make the process easier for us, please ensure that you use pre-printed MVDC postage envelopes.

Where this is not possible (for large letters for example) please continue using blank envelopes as per normal. Pre-printed envelopes are stored in the print room, post room and are also currently stored by the steps near the break out area. If you have any questions or need help to collect a box of envelopes for your department please contact amy.triptree@molevalley.gov.uk or spencer.mitchell@molevalley.gov.uk
