“Since their doors reopened we have felt safe and incredibly welcomed and looked after. Social distancing measures have been very carefully considered and implemented with a smile too. Consideration has been taken to cinema show times and staggered to avoid crowding, on booking you are given clear instructions and information about you visit. They even put together a welcome back video where staff walked you through showing you the new procedures and social distancing rules putting any anxious or worried customers minds at rest before visiting.
Their Cafe is well space and never crowded and the staff will always have a friendly smile and welcoming gesture. The coffee and cake is great too!
We have used the venue continuously for cinema, theatre, and events and the Cafe is always one of my first choices for meetings or remote working. We even attended their pop up open air theatre in Meadowbank this summer which again was well staffed, well organised and well thought out.
If I were to single out 1 specific time they went above and beyond. It would be a time I tripped outside their venue and even though I had not fallen on site they still looked after me and made sure I was ok. Offering me first aid and comfort which at the time was a very appreciated kindness I have never forgotten.
The staff there are second to none and if you are in the Dorking area I highly recommend you take a look”
