A new recipe booklet of Syrian cuisine is now available to buy for £5 from the Harlequin Theatre, Redhill.
The booklet features 17 easy-to-follow recipes shared from the homes of resettled families in the area, and is reflective of their heritage and wonderful cuisine.
Proceeds from the booklet’s sale will go towards future projects to help increase skills, work experience and job opportunities for the local Syrian community.
