A Mole Valley Life client called in to thank the team for their swift escalation of a smoke detector activation at her Father’s house.
Upon receiving the alert, the team promptly assessed the situation and escalated it to the Fire Brigade, whilst all the time reassuring her Father who suffers from dementia.
As a result of Mole Valley Life’s linked smoke detectors and the Alarm Receiving Centre’s intervention, the client only spent a few minutes in the property exposed to smoke and the small fire which had broken out in the kitchen, which was put out by the Fire Brigade before it had the chance to spread.
