Well done – Revenues

Mark Blake in Revenues has received a lovely message from a customer:

“Thank you so much for your swift and kind response. It bought me to tears. I will endeavour to do absolutely everything you have requested or suggested to do. Once again, thank you so, so much.”

The Revenues team have been very busy throughout the pandemic so emails like this go a long way to recognise what a great job they are doing.
