Mole Valley Life are introducing a Telephone Check In service to support individuals to live safely and securely at home through regular telephone calls. Mole Valley Life’s team are professionally trained to listen, check on the resident’s needs and deal with any emergencies that may arise. The pre-arranged telephone calls are tailored to individual requirements and can be organised either on a recurring basis or as and when required. For example when family and friends are away, when a carer requires respite or should an individual need support in establishing a routine after a change in medication or discharge from hospital.
