Sam Cook in benefits received thanks from a Test and Trace Self Isolation Payment applicant after helping the applicant provide evidence to support the claim.
Sam, Jeanette , Tina and June in the benefits team have been processing these claims for almost a year now. This has been extremely challenging role involving a new allowance and IT system , constant changes in procedure , and dealing with applicants that are suffering real financial hardship due to the requirement to self isolate.
