Health and Safety – Staff Hub have a role as the H&S committee for the Council. This week we reviewed the government’s recent announcement that anyone in England can now get regular rapid lateral flow tests without having symptoms. Wellbeing – Wellbeing Wednesdays and Spring Wellness are now in full flow. Look out for regular updates on Molly.
Spotlight On…. we are working with Comms to get testimonials about what it’s like working from home. We are also supporting HR to find staff who are up for helping with the recruitment drive by doing a video story for the Jobs at Mole Valley website. Email usage – we will very soon be looking for your views on email usage so that we can find out if there are new issues and what we can do to help.
Staff Benefits – Karrp benefits are still available to staff – here is the most recent update: https://stagingmolly.molevalley.gov.uk/2021/03/02/kaarp-benefits-march-2021-update/. We are starting to reconnect with businesses as they come back to our high streets so hopefully we will be able to offer more staff benefits and support local shops very soon.
Something to look forward to…..we know it is still a long way off, but when we are allowed we plan to hold a social event for staff that everyone can attend!
