Sunday 18th April 8am+ ICT maintenance work being undertaken – slight outages likely
ICT will be replacing the firewalls in Pippbrook this Sunday morning. This work will cause small outages when the system resets itself.
Unaffected systems:
Remote access from laptops to council servers
Internet browsing access from laptops
Email and calendar access from any device
Dorking Halls website
Affected systems:
All desktop phones (not Jontek grey ones) will automatically disconnect and reconnect when the change is made
The Council website is hosted externally so will remain up, however the forms sections will stop working during this time.
A maintenance message will be posted on our website and on social media platforms accordingly. We expect the work to take the morning, with brief intermittent outages as the systems change over.
