Happy International Women’s Day!
MVDC is supporting International Women’s Day. We take gender equality seriously all year round, but today is an opportunity to celebrate all of the amazing women we have working for us.
60+ years ago, things were very different, we might not have had female managers to turn to for help, female colleagues to form friendships with, even the opportunity to work in such a diverse team. Women probably wouldn’t have been consulted in decisions in the work place or had their ideas listened to. Today things are very different, MVDC is a great place to work, let’s continue to keep equality forefront in our organisation.
We also want to thank and appreciate the fantastic men we have working for MVDC. Together we make it possible to hear all voices and make every opinion matter.
