Mole Valley Life Form New Partnership with Tandridge District Council to provide Technology Enabled Care and Lifeline Alarm Service for Tandridge residents
Mole Valley District Council’s local, friendly, Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and Lifeline alarm service provider, Mole Valley Life (MVL), has agreed to enter a shared partnership with Tandridge District Council, in which MVL will supply all TEC and Lifeline alarms for Tandridge residents from 1st April, 2021.
Mole Valley District Council have been monitoring for and responding to all alarm activations by Tandridge District Council Lifeline alarm users since 1986, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This makes the roll out of the service to now incorporate the installation and maintenance of Tandridge’s TEC and Lifeline alarms a comfortable, natural extension. MVL already provide TEC and Lifeline alarm services for over 3,000 customers in Mole Valley and neighbouring Reigate & Banstead. Alongside this, MVL also monitor for and respond to all alarm activations made by Crawley Borough Council and Horsham District Council’s Lifeline alarm users, equating to MVL monitoring a total of 15,000 Lifeline alarm connections.
