Councillor Stephen Cooksey, Leader of Mole Valley District Council, said: “The government announced on Saturday afternoon that Mole Valley has now entered a new higher level of restrictions, Tier Four: Stay at Home. The whole of Surrey, apart from Waverley has entered this new Tier which includes the withdrawal of planned easing of restrictions over Christmas. Whilst full details of these restrictions are on the .gov.uk website I can confirm the following:
“Everyone must now stay at home, this means only going outside of your home when you have a specific purpose. These purposes include, work and volunteering; education; purchasing essentials; exercise and to access critical services.
