8×8 will be changing their website to remove the requirement for the Adobe Flash Player plugin.
This plugin expires at the end of the year and is no longer supported. As such, ICT will be removing Flash from all Council laptops over the coming days.
8×8 will be launching a new website version (8×8 Work for Web) to replace this in the New Year. It still resides on https://sso.8×8.com
Please note: if you use the softphone – 8×8 Work – on your laptop, then this has already been upgraded
