We will be implementing our usual change freeze from Friday 18 December to Monday 4 January to maintain systems and services during the holiday break.
Only urgent changes approved by Mark Russell, Head of ICT, during this period (or Gary Rose / Roger Finch in his absence) will be carried out.
Break/fix issues will be addressed as usual.
