Filing And Disposal Of Written Notes

As we approach the end of this second period of lockdown we thought it would be helpful to provide a reminder on what to do with any hard copy personal data you may have accumulated at home.

While the amount of data being printed has reduced dramatically please don’t forget about hand written notes.  If you use day books or note pads to record any personal data please make sure these are stored securely at home until you have the opportunity to bring them back to the office and either file them at work or dispose of them in the blue bins.

This will ensure all confidential information is removed securely.  Please do not throw any hard copy documents out with your own household waste.

Thank you very much.
