Over the weekend the Mole Valley Life team were thanked on Twitter for the part they played in raising the alarm and ensuring one of their clients received the help they needed.
“Sadly mum had a stroke early Saturday morning but was able to raise the alarm. Your staff very quickly mobilised the back up plan and an ambulance was dispatched. We were only 15 minutes behind them.
Although a very distressing experience it really does demonstrate that the system works and put simply saved my mother’s life. With lockdown and no visiting we possibly wouldn’t have known until later in the day when we called to check in with her when it probably would have been too late.
