Councillor Keira Vyvyan-Robinson, Cabinet Member for Projects, said: “Mole Valley District Council recently submitted a bid to purchase the Trinity Centre in North Leatherhead. Our efforts to buy the site were driven by feedback received as part of our Listening Exercise carried out in 2019, which highlighted that establishing a Community Hub in the area would be a significant local asset to residents. The benefits of a hub would be wide-ranging and help to encourage new and inspirational opportunities for all ages in the community to explore. It would help promote participation in leisure, cultural and educational activities, in addition to providing vital welfare services.
