MVL Are Still Here For You

With the new national lockdown regulations now having come into effect, Mole Valley Life (MVL) wanted to reassure their clients that although they may be working differently, they are still here for them through MVL’s Independence Technology and Community Transport services.

Adhering to the latest Government guidance regarding Coronavirus (and wearing appropriate PPE) MVL continue to be able to set-up new Lifeline alarm and Technology Enabled Care users, to ensure they remain connected at the touch of a button 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

For those who are isolating, MVL also offer a doorstep drop service of pre-programmed Lifeline alarms, so that clients can set up their new Lifeline alarm quickly and easily from home by following MVL’s new, step-by-step, Self-Install Guide and Instructional Video, which have been developed by MVL’s expert technicians.

Mole Valley Life: Mobile will continue to provide transport services for medical appointments, essential shopping and travel to and from support bubbles.

The Fairfield Centre will remain closed but the team look forward to welcoming members back when it is safe for them to do so.

During these extraordinary times the MVL team continue to further develop and adapt their services to ensure that their clients will remain supported, always putting their needs at the forefront of MVL’s planning.
