Online Pilates Class Every Thursday

Do you find yourself sitting in the same (not-so-good) position/posture for hours on end whilst engrossed in your work? Chin moving towards the screen? Shoulders rounding forward?

It’s important to take regular breaks from your screen and to MOVE. Pilates is a great way of moving, releasing stress and learning to improve your posture to avoid unnecessary aches and pains.
