For some, your job may require you to be out of your home, but not in the office.  This includes staff in Parking, planning, the JET, some members of the Asset and Investment team, environmental health, Mole Valley Life and housing.

It is very important that you closely follow safe systems of working including social distancing, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE – see Q20 below), and frequent handwashing.  Some of you will require Personal Protective Equipment.  There are requirements that apply to MVDC staff if going into the homes of other people who are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable.  If you do not  have all the equipment you need, you must not make the visit.  This will be determined in the Risk Assessment that you must conduct with your manager.

Where you are out in the open air there is less risk involved but social distancing and regular and thorough handwashing should always be applied. See the guidance above for details.
