21. I am exempt from wearing a face covering, what should I do?

Any staff who are exempt from the need to wear face coverings or masks are asked to wear a Sunflower lanyard and to take particular precautions to maintain 2m social distancing at all times.

You should speak to your manager to make sure he/she is aware.  If your job involves seeing members of the public or attending visits where a Type IIR mask is required, your manager needs to be aware in order to determine whether any additional measures are needed (e.g. to ensure the use of appointment rooms with Perspex screens).

Further details can be obtained here.

Whenever you are moving around any of the MVDC offices you must ensure you are wearing either a face covering, or a Sunflower lanyard if you are not able to wear one. Please note the requirement for you to wear a face covering as above is regardless of any governmental changes.
