Unless we are in a total ‘lockdown’, if your connections or equipment at home are not effective, you will need to come to the office even if you originally planned to work at home.

However, if you are required to self-isolate or quarantine for reasons connected to Coronavirus, you must not come out for work purposes.

Speak to your manager to make sure they are aware of your whereabouts and so that attendance levels can be managed.

One of the most basic tips is that if your child is playing games on the internet, this could have a big impact.  If you are needing to make calls or use the internet you should set up an arrangement with your child that they are not doing this during the working time you most need it.
