Reception continues to be open from 9.30 to 2.30 to take deliveries and signpost urgent queries. Everyone else will be supported to book an appointment.

During the Christmas period (from 24th December to 2nd January) – reception will close and separate arrangements will apply for urgent situations such as homelessness in the same way it did during lockdown periods.
