01. Do I have to work in the office?

From February 2022 the Hybrid Working Policy will resume. Please speak to your manager about how this applies to you and the job that you do if you are not sure.

You must first read and understood the Office Rules. Note these may differ from governmental requirements (e.g. we still require face coverings when moving around, regular lateral flows and reporting of positive tests). This is to keep our staff safe.

Separate considerations apply to activities or patrols which are conducted out of the home.

Managers have conducted Risk Assessments to ensure all activities are Covid-secure.  These have been done in conjunction with staff and signed off by Executive Heads. Risk assessments for Pippbrook, Park House, the Fairfield Centre, Reception and generic visits have been worked up after consultation with Staff Hub (as our Employee health and safety representatives), our Health and Safety Group and external health and safety adviser, ATS.
